UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Fill out the Submission Form to create your seller account.

    • Sign up on our website to create your seller account. Provide the necessary details and verify your identity to get started.
    • You must be at least 18 years of age to sell your car on www.glynncountyusedcars.com

  • 2. Vehicle Information:

    • Fill out our user-friendly listing form with accurate information about your vehicle.
    •  Include essential details such as make, model, year, mileage, condition, and any additional features or specifications.
    • Provide accurate information to ensure potential buyers have a clear understanding of your vehicle's specifications.

  • 3. Photos and Videos:

    • Showcase your vehicle's best features by uploading high-quality photos and videos. 
    • Capture different angles, interior, exterior, and any notable aspects to attract potential buyers.
    • Select the photos or videos you want to include from your device's storage.
    • For videos, make sure they are of good quality and offer a comprehensive view of your vehicle.

  • 4. Upload Process:

    • Once you've selected the desired photos and videos, click on the "Upload" button.
    • Wait for the files to upload. The time taken may vary depending on file sizes and your internet connection speed.
    • Please be patient during the upload process to ensure all media files are successfully uploaded.

  • 5. Additional Details:

    • In addition to the make, model, and year, please also specify the color of your car, and mileage.  Use the description box to add the condition, features, service history, and any other relevant information that may enhance your listing.

  • 6. Set a Competitive Price:

    • Determine a fair and competitive price for your vehicle based on market research and its condition. Our platform allows you to set the desired listing price.

  • 7. Review Terms and Conditions:

    • Familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions, which outline the services we provide and the fees involved. Pay special attention to the 2% seller fee that we charge for facilitating the transaction.

  • 8. Secure Payment Processing:

    • Rest assured that our platform offers a secure payment processing system. Once your vehicle is sold, we will send a separate payment request to the buyer for the agreed-upon price.  The buyer will remit the payment directly to you.

  • 9. Our Seller Fee:

    • As part of our services, we charge a 2% seller fee. This fee covers the costs associated with maintaining the platform, providing customer support and ensuring a seamless selling experience. Our invoicing system will handle the collection of this fee, and we will guide you through the process.

  • 10. Review and Submit:

    • Double-check all the information you've provided, including the uploaded photos and videos.
    • Ensure that everything is accurate and complete before submitting the listing.
    • If any changes are needed, contact us right away and we will make any changes to your listing.
    • Once you're satisfied with the information and media files, click the "Submit" button.
    • Your listing will then be processed and made available on Glynn County Used Cars for potential buyers to view.
